Please ensure you have read and understand the following:

By completing the registration form for a particular workshop, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out below (“Terms”) and to our Privacy Policy, they will be incorporated into the contract between us (“Contract”). The Contract is formed when we send you a booking confirmation.

1. You have permission to act on another person’s behalf when you provide their personal information to us, and register them for the Workshop, with the condition you will ensure that any other person registered by you shall comply with these Terms and understand our Privacy Policy.

2. Only paying guests are permitted to be in the premises whilst the Workshop is in progress.

3. We do not permit children/persons under the age of 15 years old to attend the Workshop. Persons aged 15 – 17 years are able to attend an adult workshop but must be accompanied by a paying adult.

4. If you act in any way which in our opinion is likely to cause any harm or nuisance to any person at the Workshop, you will be required to leave the Workshop and we shall not be liable to refund your Registration Fee or any other payment.

5. You may be refused admission or asked to leave a class if we suspect that you are under the influence of alcohol or an illicit substance, are unwell or are engaging in inappropriate behaviour. No refunds or rescheduling will be offered in those circumstances.

6. You will wear practical clothing, including flat shoes that cover your toes, a minimal amount of jewellery and hair tied back where necessary.

7. You will not attend if you have been unwell within the 48 hours before your class. This is to protect all of our customers and staff as illnesses can be spread through food and close contact. Please note that our cancellation and rescheduling policy (below) will still apply if you are unwell as per those terms and conditions below, therefore, we suggest that you send someone in your place

8. You will follow all our hygiene and safety instructions and procedures. You acknowledge, however, that whilst we will suggest health and safety measures, it is NOT possible for us to safeguard your health and safety at all times.

9. You must comply at all times with the health and safety policy of the venue. You must comply with all requests from us or the venue with regard to health and safety and failure to do so will result in you being asked to leave the workshop (in which case no refund will be provided).

10. You may not bring any equipment or items of a hazardous or dangerous nature to the Workshop.

11. You shall not cause any damage to any part of the venue (including outside areas, and all inside walls, flooring, fixtures and fittings). You are solely liable for any damage caused by you - or any person booked to the Workshop by you - to any such area of the venue and shall fully reimburse us in relation to any damage so caused.

12. You understand and agree that you are ultimately responsible for your own health and safety and that there is an element of risk inherent in participating in the Workshop.

Disability, medical conditions and dietary requirements

If you have any disability or medical condition that requires us to make special arrangements for you or any special dietary requirements, please email us at hello@naturesynergies.com as soon as possible and in any workshop at least 2 weeks prior to the date of the Workshop.

Food Allergy Policy

Allergens: Attention customers with food allergies. Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat.

For these reasons WE CAN NOT PROVIDE food to be eaten by people allergic to the ingredients/allergens above.

1. You must inform us of any dietary requirements and intolerances that you and any other participants have at the time of booking and confirm those when you arrive for your workshop. When a person attends in replacement of another person, you must notify us in advance, within 8 days prior to the Workshop.

2. You alone are responsible, and we accept no responsibility, for ensuring that allergy and dietary requirements are looked after for anyone who consumes any food you take home from the Workshop.

Limitations of Liability

1. Whilst every reasonable precaution is taken by us to ensure security and safety at the workshop, we shall not in any way be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you whatsoever in relation to the Workshop, save that nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to limit the liability of any person for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

2. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes our liability to you for personal injury or death caused by our negligence or any other losses which cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law (such as relating to the protection of your personal information)

3. Our total liability for any matter arising out of the Contract shall in all circumstances be limited to the price paid by you for the Workshop and we shall not in any circumstances be liable to you for any consequential loss whatsoever.
