The fermentation workshop was amazing! There was a great mix of practical and theory - Patricia is really knowledgeable and I learnt a huge amount about the processes behind all the different types of fermentation and it’s benefits. The follow up materials were detailed and informative. Overall a fantastic workshop that was great value for money. I came away with loads of new knowledge and ideas and feeling very inspired!
